RIBBON BUTTERFLY

MATERIALS
1yd. - 3" wide
wire-edge sheer ribbon
1/2yd. - 1 1/2" wide wire-edge sheer ribbon
Decorative beads
12" - #20 guage gold wire
straight pins

DIRECTIONS
1. Thread
beads onto length of wire.
2. Cut
3" wide ribbon into 2 lengths, one 20" and one 16" length.
3. Using 20" length, fold, bringing ends together,
overlapping at center of ribbon.
Pin to hold.
4. Repeat
with 16" length of ribbon.
5. Fold 1
1/2" wide ribbon in half and wire to center of looped ribbons from step 2
and 3, twisting
wire to secure.
6. Adjust
beads to decorate body of butterfly and shape wire to form an antennae, curling
ends.
7. Optional,
spray with spray adhesive and add glitter.
